If you often find yourself struggling to stay organized, or procrastinating on important tasks, this workshop is for you!
The workshop, conducted in English, will explore various time management strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency. Participants will learn about proven techniques such SMART Goals, The Eisenhower Matrix, and Eat That Frog – techniques that are designed to minimize procrastination and prioritize tasks effectively. Furthermore, attendees will have the opportunity to share their own experiences, engage in discussions with fellow students, and test some of the techniques themselves.
After successful attendance, the participants will be able to…
- get tips on how to organize their study-life better,
- learn how to make SMART goals,
- use time management techniques by themselves,
- prioritize and structure their daily tasks to minimize procrastination.
