Content:
Establishing, developing and cultivating contacts is becoming increasingly important for starting a successful career. If you have the right networks and know how to use them, it will be easier to reach your goal. Whether in personal contact or via the Internet – confident small talk is as much in demand as creativity, initiative and commitment. In this training, you will learn through fitting communication how to build a network that is important and functional for you and how to organize and maintain it with strategy, without jeopardizing your good reputation on the internet.

Those who can build and maintain social networks typically have many good interpersonal relationships that can be valuable assets in difficult situations. When learning, the contact with „fellow sufferers“ helps to maintain their own motivation and minimize learning stress. In life crises, a good network has a positive effect on health because it protects against loneliness and the resulting mental illnesses such as addiction or depression.
