An event of the ESF project „Reflect“ of the International Office.

You have almost completed your studies or PhD. Or you are still in the middle of your studies and want to know how to proceed after graduating. In addition, you are interested in the structure of the job market in Frankfurt and the Rhine-Main region.

In this workshop, you will learn about the most important aspects of residence rights for job-seekers after graduation. An expert from the Immigration Authority (Ausländerbehörde) will provide information on all kinds of residence permits for the purpose of work after graduation and the options of staying in Germany long-term.

As well as the basics of residence rights, two representatives of the FrankfurtRheinMain Regional Authority will explain strategies for looking and applying for jobs in Germany. In addition, you will receive an insight into the structure of the labor market and the sectors in the Rhine-Main region along with statistical data.
