Considering career opportunities with internationally orientated firms? Then you may need to submit application materials and participate in interviews in English. This workshop focus-es on distinctive aspects of applying for jobs in English-speaking countries or with any organ-ization which follows Anglo-American hiring conventions. It provides training in navigating selected stages of that process, including creating your curriculum vitae and cover letter and presenting yourself convincingly in the interview. Differences between British and American practices are also addressed. The workshop is held in English by a native speaker. Your con-sultant, Andrew Cerniski, has been training university students in job-application skills for over fifteen years.
