Check of Your English-Language CV and Cover Letter
Effective job-applications motivate recruiters to give candidates a personal interview.
This check aims to help you strengthen your CV and cover letter for jobs in Germany and worldwide when these documents need to be in English and follow Anglo-American con-ventions. You will receive feedback and advice on matters such as choice of content, de-scription of experience and general formatting – all with the goal of helping you create application materials which are attention-getting and convincing.
Your consultant, Andrew Cerniski, has been training university students in job-application skills for over fifteen years.
To participate, please come to the check with a draft of your English-language CV and/or cover letter. If possible, bring also an advertisement for a job which you could imagine actually applying for.
The check is conducted in English and lasts approximately 45 minutes. Individual appointments are made upfront for every full hour.
Participants: max. 9 Participants (individual appointments!!!)
